As there has been no output from the public meeting of 30th May, does anyone know what is currently happening with the review by AAHB?
I see Jura are still trying to get a resident GP - a year after the last one left. The locals are so desperate that they are advertising via signs on the beach and social networks such as Facebook. They are having different locums at the moment at enormous cost to the Health Board.
AAHB may yet bitterly regret the horrendous decisions they have made re the Health Services for Cumbrae.
Lets hope their future decisions are a little more patient friendly!
June, I have an equal concern about what is happening in other small island communities but I have a much greater concern about Millport. It would help if we knew what is, or might, happen here.
Comment will be appreciated from anyone who knows?
Sandy is bang on the money! Never mind Jura, I am sure the people of Cumbrae would much rather know what is happening here. What are these horrendous decisons that AAHB have made?
Why is the PRG remaining silent on the issue? The people of Cumbrae want and need to know what is happening, be it good or bad news.
