Does anyone know when the promenade wall just opposite The Tavern is going to be repaired? Presumably the Community Council is seeking to expedite repairs with the approproprite responsible authority?
Assuming that you mean the storm damage opposite Mount Stuart Street (photos at www.millport.net) work should commence this week.
Who is presumably doing the repairs Sandy ???
No progress Sandy. Do you have any more news about when the work will start and who is responsible? Is it North Ayrshire Council?
Shouldnt the Community Council be pursuing this as a matter of urgency? Now that the school holidays are upon us the increase in the number of children in the town will only raise the potenial for accidents in that area.
I was advised that the work would commence last Monday. It is the responsibility of NAC to have the prom repaired.
