Barrowmans Make Flying Visit

TV Star John Barrowman & his sister Carole E Barrowman took time out of their busy schedule to make a flying visit to the Isle of Cumbrae today.

John & Carole are in the UK to promote their latest book 'Torchwood : Exodus Code' but decided to nip across to Millport to have a look around the Visitors Centre before going for a drive around the island to do a bit of 'on site' research for their next book 'The Bone Quill' which is due out in February 2013. 'The Bone Quill' is the sequel to the very successful 'Hollow Earth', based on the Isle of Cumbrae.

They took away with them a set of 'Cumbrae Rocks' models made on the island by Astikkos Creations- the Lion Rock features in 'Hollow Earth'. Paul Watling,  who is liaising with the Barrowmans, said "They now have a bit of Cumbrae with them as inspiration for their future books". 

On the subject of a TV series John would only say: "These things take a long time but when anything happens we'll make sure we let you know".
