Very interesting Cameron. Do you still live on the island. Regarding the bakery, your family goes back a long way. When did the bakery close? Were Speirs and Camrons bakeries on the go at the same time?

Hello, I don't know if anyone can help me but my Aunt was born in Millport in 1908. The family name was Webb and I don't know why they were there, any ideas. My grandfather was a mechanic??? Nicky - Isles of Scilly. PS they ended up in London

I have recently purchased a flat on the island and I am looking to purchase some old black and white photographs of Millport, I have tried the library, some local shops and even some family members that live on the island without much sucess, can anyone point me in the right direction?
