Friends of Cumbrae Cathedral

The Cathedral of The Isles, Millport, is Britain's smallest Cathedral and dates from 1851. It was built on ground owned by the Boyle family, and its founder, George Frederick Boyle, later became Sixth Earl of Glasgow.

The Friends exist to support the Provost and Warden of the Cathedral of The Isles and the College of the Holy Spirit in their work on Cumbrae.

This includes involvement in a busy schedule of activities from music to photography, to yoga and retreats.

This is an excellent website, and I use it all the time to keep up to date with the events at the Cathedral. There have been occasions when I've asked for something to be included, and within half an hour it's there! Also it's fast enough for anyone still on dial-up to access without having to wait interminably pages to load. Do try it!
